John Voll was a lesser known of the Mustang Aces because he was from the 15th AF and not one of the famous 8th AF guys. He had more confirmed kills than any of the 357th "Yoxford Boys" and was the leading ace of the 15th. He hailed form Goshen, OH, just a few minutes away from our Museum.

The "Yoxford Boys" of the 357th FG. These three pilots were regulars on the air show circuit back in the 90's. Unfortunately, "Pete" Peterson passed away shortly after that run.
