I wish I could see some detail shots of the bottom. It looks like the flap actuator fairings are molded into the fins, but that there aren't any nozzle vanes -- is that right?

Are any panel lines / rivets / access panels molded into the body or fins?

Gburch, there are no panel lines, rivets or access panels on the model and no nozzle vanes.
If you click on the first of my webshots pics and zoom in on the fin you'll see the lack of detail.

I'm sure You can. I've been following your progress with this 3D printing and I'm impressed. Your V-2 is looking great ! Keep up the great work.
