21st Me -262A JG Yellow 7 is up for pre order at Badcat

Looks cool
The landing gear looks like it’s a bit more durable, but it will not break. this is a must for any 262 fans out their and will look great next to Admiral toys Me-262.
One thing I wonder if the pilot comes with an oxygen mask?
I am also shocked that TKO did not post these pics first, Hey TKO are you sleeping on the job?

um... no I was not napping... I just nodded off a little
It's a actually a result of the sales department being very eager to prime the pump on a product that was ready a little sooner than AREA-21 was expecting. In fact I think will see if Roy might be able to give me some different angles or something on the shots that I will put up on AREA-21.
AREA-21 has been told that the final production plane looks outstanding! Also, yes it does have a beautiful cockpit that uses a new method of development to allow greater detail and accuracy. It should be a great 262 model!

The paint is outstanding!
TKO, do you know if there is any detail/treads on the tires?
That's kind of the selling point for me, I love Admiral's tires on the 262.

the only one that rotates on teh me-262 is the one with the the nose-mounted Mk 108

A very beautiful ME-262!! I am so tempted to order it, but then it will probably be in Wal Mart in a few months if not sooner Besides, I already have a fine ME-262 in the form of Admiral Toys' "White 8" That particular plane has an accurate paintscheme as well, and the moulds look strikingly similar. The 21c bird is more accurate, but the AT version is very close as well. Sort of like the BBI P-51 vs the 21c retooled P-51. I think I will have to hold out on this in favor of the 2-seat Nachtjager version

When I was at the Library working on a machine I saw a book for sale, In fact the lady was putting in on Amazon. I said whoa there, I'll buy it!
The book is called Messerschmitt Me262, "Arrow to the Future" by Walter Boyne. She said it was out of print. It features the plane modeled here #7 and many other pictures and stories about the 262.

I dont think it does, the only reason why the F-86 steers is because it has to rotate to retract.toyktdlgh wrote:I meant steer.
