[quote="Hawkeye"]My 0.02:

I saw preproduction figures quite a long time ago and was not impressed, so I didnt get my hopes up. While GI Joe and Star Wars are two of my favorite toy lines, I have always been disapointed with the execution of many of thier ideas. I was quite disapointed to learn that Wave 4 of the DTC (Direct to Consumer) line had been canceled (rumors abound on that as well) as I had several customs planned for those figures.

However, I did preorder figures from BBTS. I got my Cobra and Joe 5-packs in the mail last week. The singles have yet to show up in my area, though I heard (via several Joe boards) that Denver was the first they have been sighted.

-That is a fellow poster on this board as well that found them in Denver. His name is Mongoose. BTW, nice pic and thanks.

TRU is Morrow GA had two cobra packs for $29.99

no way - besides it looks like one the figures will be on a single card soon -
I did find the Flint on the single card for 5.99 and will say he looks great - the back shows shadows of figures comming soon and it looks like we have zartan, firefly, serpy, stalker and a ton of cool figures comming -

only had one Flint - so I guess the stockboys got the rest.

Can't wait to get my hands on Beachhead, Stalker, and Firefly!!!

It's going to be intresting to see where they go with this line after seeing the "custom" figures they made... :D

Still waiting and wishing for a 1/18 A-10 Warthog.

Ugh, why Serpentor? He was such a crappy character/figure. That was when the figures started to get all sci-fi weird and neon colored. I really don't know why they did figures like him and the Dreadnoks when there are so many more popular figures that could be done.

Beachhead, the Cobra Trooper and Firefly on the other hand are pretty awesome and there are some others I would buy.

And what's up with Sgt. Slaughter?? He is all bulky on top like he should be but he has skinny girly legs wtf!!?!? :?
