Finally got a Hobby Master 1/72 Cromwell

Post by DomiUK » Thu Jul 12, 2007 2:21 pm

This is my first HM tank and I am happy to say this is a great start.

The fact that is a true die cast and has a real heft to it gives it a fair edge I think.

I will be buying this range.

With Dragon, FOV , Admiral , HM and Easy model its truely becoming the golden age for 1/72.

What is particularly amazing is the range is now far past the simple endless german big cats to now be at the point of something the British Centaur actually getting released.

I love it :)

I, too, just recently picked up these tanks and am extremely impressed. On par with Dragon's best in almost every department, but in heavy diecast metal! Looking forward to the rest of the range.

About ten years ago I was building 1/72 models for war gamming use. I eventually decided my eye sight wasn't good enough to continue making the models. Now seeing all the great looking 1/72nd diecast available, I wish I had kept my gaming stuff and replaced the plastic with the diecast.
