Hanomags still at Walmart?
The AA halftack, pak 40s and various hanomags appeared briefly in my AO but are long gone.
Are they still out there clogging the shelves at WMs or are you guys seeing the same thing.
Seems like they might have been great sellers...?

Saw a couple of each of the new Hanomags and halftracks at our Strongsville and Medina, Ohio and Elyria and Avon, Ohio WM's when they were first released, but they sold fast and never saw anymore again since then. No restocks, nothin! So much for some who think armor doesn't sell.Sure would like to walk into a WM and see the Willey's Jeep again...

The first wave showed up in my AO back in November and they disappeared very fast, but at that time the couple stores that had them had only 2-3 of each, it seemed. Then they got restocked with about 8 of each and about half made it to the clearance shelf for $17. For comparison's sake, some armor doesn't seem to do so well: my local WM got in a ton of Mutts, HUMVEEs and a couple eastern front Hanomags (no clue where they came from--I thought those had all been out of production for a couple years). But I don't think a single one sold at regular retail. The last Mutts and HUMVEEs went for $5 each.
One thing I think that hurts the sales on some of this: very rarely do I see figures and vehicles at the same time, especially from the same line. And with no 3-3/4 GI Joe stuff out there (and we won't refer to "The Corps" as legitimate military toys), the playability factor for kids is rather reduced. If 21st were to actually time their shipments so that figures and vehicles are in store at the same time, and try to tie themes together better, it would help.

None of the four Wal Marts in the city where I live ever got the halftracks and Paks. The two stores in the small towns immediately north and south of me did, however. I came across the first batch at the store south of my community - only 1 of each vehicle - and bought them all. In less than a month, that same store got 60+ of them
Shortly after the holidays, both the stores north and south of my area that had discounted the remaining stock of halftracks and they were completely gone by February or March.

Hanomag & Half-track availability ?
I found the "Stuka du fuss"
and 7.5cm PAK-40 here , right before Christmas , along with the usual re-issues of that "plain-jane" ( yellow ) Hanomag and U.S. M3A3 ( OD ) Half-track. .... "That's been it since". ... I still have yet to see an M-16 or "Pioneerwagen" , make it's appearance around here.
... "You gotta love this distribution thing" , where some stores get nothing and others get everything.
........ "Hopefully , they will straighten this problem out , but I won't hold my breath either. "I want to try and enjoy this hobby while I still can".

" I love it , God help me ,.. I do love it so". * * * * PATTON * * * *

Right after Cristmas one of the wal-marts near me had the all the new half-tracks and pak40 reduced to 12 bucks. In all I would say there was 20 on the shelf. Another store near me had about 30 avengers reduced down to 27 dollars. Didnt have the money or space so I didnt buy any but now that im looking I cant find anything
After Christmas, the local Walmart put the halftracks and Avengers on clearence. The halftracks were $9.00 and the Avengers went for $30. I picked up one of the Avengers and went back a week later to find the last Avenger marked down to $15.00. Since then the only 21st XD vehicle I have found around here is a Seal Mutt.
