Interesting that someone can buy a $14 tank at Wal-Mart, spruce it up with some artist techniques and sell it for over 10 times what it originally cost.

But, it is nothing new. Guys have been doing that with HO scale trains. Purchase a car at $6 to $12, and spruce it up with artsy techniques and sell it on ebay for over $150!

Some people will actually pay for things like that.
