Pic - FoV Lee with K&C figs

Wow, I never realized how huge those K&C figs are, that Lee looks like a kiddie car next to them.

Yea there big figures, I have figures from King and Country the Crusaders, and they look even small then these guys I think, I will have to take a look. But there World War II ones are nice!

i think K&C's figures are even overscale with K&C vehicles....they probably do that so they can make them more detailed.

Ugh, I'm seeing that action series Lee all over the place. I must hold out until the Enthusiast version comes out next month! Good thing my Target and TRU suck for getting in new FOV or I'd buy one.

BTW, don't give in and get the FOV Action-grade M3 Lee. Its really not all that impressive in its current state and definitely needs the weathering the Enthusiast version should bring. A few more accessories would be nice as well

And I won't give in, the Action series is just too plain and toy-like IMO. It's all personal preference but I've been spoiled by the Enthusiast series and I think they are worth the extra money. As for 21st and 32x, the bare bones nature of their recent armor doesn't bother me so much. I suppose thats because they don't also make super detailed versions.

FOV Tiger I's are hard to find even on eBay, Target had an Action series version and I debated it for quite some time but decided to pass. It just looked too much like something I would have had in my sandbox as a kid. I'm pretty sure there are less opening hatches and other details on the Action series armor. From what I could tell, only the commanders hatch opened. The grates over the engine compartment were open but there was just an empty space inside.

I have an FOV Tiger I that I got at Target. It is the same mould as the Enthusiast versions, which is actually one of FOV's older tanks. My Target Tiger (Normandy 1944 version) is painted and weathered just like the enthusiast tank, from what I've seen in pictures. It came with the same accessories as well. The FOV Tiger actually has fewer opening hatches than the 21c version - only the commander, loader, engine and fuel/radiator hatches open, and the tank should have the engine, fueltanks, and radiators detailed. Unfortunantly, the driver, fwd. gunner, and turret loading hatch do not open. Still, I think its a very nice tank

Hmm, pretty much all this Tiger came with was the commander, an antennae and some cable. This tank also had zero weathering besides the hideous thick black panel lines. I have heard that you can sometimes catch an Enthusiast model in the Action series box at Target which is why I check everytime I'm in there. I guess you got the lucky box.

the target by where i live rarely has the german armor but when they do they always seem to hve the enthusiast additiion ones in action series boxes.

Can't remember the site, but a few years ago, someone posted pics of 4 different brands of soldiers side by side so that you could really see the differences in their sizes. Be great if someone could do that here.
