An Fw-190D9 Flown by Werner Hohenburg of 4/JG2 crash landed near Aix-la-Chappelle on January 1, 1945 .. It carried the Chevron, Bar, Bar livery with Yellow/White/Yellow Reich defense bands.. I have a color profile of this plane, but without further info, it would be hard to tell if it's the same plane..

As far as I know, all the planned Fw-190D-9s are made.. Unless there is one I haven't seen yet, and I thought I had been keeping pretty good track of those particular planes.. :?
