What I am talking about are small hinges for the Avenger’s torpedo bay,
Today I picked up some hinges that I have ordered I a min the process of adding them.

Ok here is what they are called…..

Ready

They are called

Dubro Nylon Hinges for R/C aircraft and they are small enough to use you might have
To trim them a bit but they will work…so far I am pleased with the work I have done.
And they will stay in the open position

Yeah, they work really well. I modified one of my Avengers a while back and it really makes it look good..... far more realistic, especially sitting on its gear with the wings folded.

How many did you use per door? I used two per door but I think on the next one I will use three.

I can tell you one thing it sure was an easy mod to do once you sit down and plan how you will do it.

God I wish I had a camera :(
I would walk you through the steps

Yep, not much to it. As you said, a little planning goes a long way.

I'll try to post a few pics of mine.

Here's a link to manufacture's site that I posted back in December last year in a previous Avenger hinge thread.
