Not sure if all Target stores are created equal, but much to my surprise all of the POTC figures at my local Target were marked down to $1.48.
This included the newer ones that came with the coins.
Must be making room for the ones that will arrive when the movie comes out.
Anyway, I nabbed a bunch of POTC3 Elizabeth Swans for the perfect VC hat accessory . Highly recommend the POTC3 Huangs as well as head and body fodder for VC customs.
Might be handy given the upcoming platoon line.

they were down to $2.48 - or 2.28 at two stores here around Atlanta - I picked up each of the new figures.

There were Viet Cong in Pirates of the Carribean? :shock
No. You can use the female POTC figure to make a VC female figure.

Yes and the male character "Huang" as well. Both of the head sculpts pictured, two sets of legs(w sandles) and one torso are huang.

Couple of WMs in Central New York (state) today had the new POCs. I picked up a select few to use as non-movie-related 18th century figures.
Some of them are pretty cool, really. I didn't buy one, but noticed that the prisoner Will Turner figure has ball joint shoulders.
