How to make plane damage

I was wanting to make a crashed 109G for a friend to go in his aquarium. How do you make the glass look cracked and realistic, and the prop blades bent back. I will be using a 21st 1/48 scale plane. I appreciate any tips.

Etch the cracks with an Xacto. Use the smallest drill bit to make bullet holes and use the blade to make the cracks at the edge of the hole.

To bend back the blades, heat them up, then bend them back.

Heat the blades over a candle. Hair dryer may work but it takes a lot of time. The canopy damage may not show up under water. If you outline the broken (glass) with a sharpie permanent marker it will show up better.

Be very careful not to use toxic paint or anything not fish friendly. Things you may not think are toxic will be to the fish. Just a word of caution.

I have done much research on that when I built my Atlantis for my aquarium.
