Ok, you’re right. I did miss read your post. I just assumed since you quoted me in your post you were referring to me. I didn’t take the time to dig through the other posts. Once again this is a perfect example of how text can be miss-read when someone is looking for the bad in it. My fault there.
My feelings weren’t hurt at all. As a matter of fact I have no feelings. I’m actually a robot named Bert.

I just have a different opinion as to what a “Shrill bidder” is than you do. I think that sort of stuff is wrong and even eBay regards it as illegal. Sometimes vague comments like that can be taken the wrong way so my apologies there. Thanks for setting the record straight. Now let’s get back to our mindless obsession with toys.
VMF- 214 I sent you a pm.

I was asked what 21st would think about the use of images for sales.
Well on one hand you pretty much have to assume that on-line images will be used by others ALL the time. So in a way they are seen as public use photos. It doesn't hurt 21st becuase they make the product. If you buy one at one place or another you are pretty much buying a 21st product regardless and 21st benefits in the end. I know that the sales people at 21st even provide sales images for use on web sites to help promote sales and so on also the use of the same photo often helps to cement the branding of that product.
Now personal sales are a different matter. An individual can choose to not want to share images with other sellers. In a case like this I think permission is better up front than an apology on the back end. IF it were me I would have no problem sharing my pics and wouldn't worry about it after the fact especially knowing it was a fellow board member.
I know both VMF and Razor on a semi-personal basis and both of you guys are good people. It's kinda between you guys. Just let cool heads prevail!
Congrats on the auctions. They seem to be doing well enough and it's nice for the other victory aces to get an idea of the value.

Appreciate the input tko and we're all good. No casualties. Like I told the other guys I still don't feel we have an accurate value to put on TT simply because my son's auction (or 2nd one) was doomed to fail as he said only a few of the original bidders returned and they didn't even bid as high the second time... He's still satisfied as he pretty much got what he wanted for it but now the "what if" factor has set in. Hard to say I guess.

I am not a shrill bidder never even heard of the term before.

But I do like to zap in my bid in the last 45 seconds of a auction. (I did not bid on this T. Terror). You guys need to calm down or I am forced to take your XD from you and make you stand in the corner.

Kirk Douglas : Mine hit the ground first
John Wayne : Mine was taller
