You could always try doing some hand swapping or even some customizing (make a trigger finger on those mitts) instead of returning them.

The BOB German tanker figures can certainly be made to hold a weapon, as my winter soldier (at far right) that was customized from a German BOB tanker attests:

Steelbonnet's hand switching idea is also good, and the hands switch quite easily between the various BOB figures. I really like the German Tanker figures that have come with the BOB series of troops, especially the second series with the removable hats. It is great to have crews for my German tanks that look proper :wink:

also - if and when XD figures are returned - BoB Driver w/ Mackinaw figures are always put in their place -

where else did they all come from?
