These are 144, and they are 21st/New Millenium Toys, which are different names for the same company, the difference I believe is whether the product is walmart exclusive or general release.

I haven't seen a report on these, so I guess I've found something new... Anyways, I came across a new 1:144 Dogfight pack, with a surprise new plane - an FW-190A-8
It is packaged with a repaint of the F6F Hellcat in Royal Navy markings, complete with D-Day invasion stripes. The FW-190 appears to have a removable droptank, with the empty tank hardpoint piece also included. I think both planes look pretty sharp:

(Seeing the Royal Navy D-Day scheme on a 1:144 Grumman aircraft makes me think how cool it would look on a 1:18 Avenger some time down the road! Oh, and yes, a 1:18 FW-190A would be pretty cool too
