So how do you feel about repaints? I have heard all of the opinions expressed around here. I generally don't like them but I've bought them either to collect a better paint scheme on my favorite subject or to support the company issuing them. In time I do have a limit on how many I'll buy.

I like the repaints. I want every repaint Admiral and 21st Century does with their F-86/CL-13s.

The repaints I buy depends on which model it is.
I have all of the P-38s.
I only have one Sabre, Mig, F-16, and F-104. Don't plan on getting any more of these.

While I'm certainly not into collecting every paintscheme of a given aircraft, there are some where what I deem to be a good repaint comes along and that warrants getting another.

I tend to buy most of the repaints of my favorite planes, but other planes usually one or two total is good for me. Even with that theory, I'm still running out of space. I guess I like too many planes

I only buy a repaint if it depicts a favorite plane or I just happen to find it really irresistable.

Not sure what to vote here, I will only buy 1 version of an aircraft, but at the same time I depend on re-paints, since I started collecting quite late.
Im still waiting for 21stCT to re-relase the Panther, PzKfw IV, Cobra and Huey helicopters, and the Spitfire!!!

I like repaints as I get to pick which scheme I like the best and buy it.
The only aircraft I may buy the first run of is the Dauntless.

I like the option to buy different schemes, however, I want just one of each aircraft (not repaint) do to space, money, and my wife's sanity on me having the amount that I already have. I think that for the most part, we have been very lucky with the first versions so far, so I tend to buy just them.
