Forgot to add I especially like the F-8
I am always facinated by the strange lifting wing.

This is kind of a stupid question VMF!!
Don't give any ideas to Spudkopf; he'll start trotting out all of these ideas for planes to make and top load the list with stuff many have never even heard of!!!
We want our planes. And I can't think of a not worthy one!

Right back at you
Yes Spudkopf does have a taste for the eccentric and exotic versions of A/C..
J/K Spudkopf your expertise is well appreciated and you’re a great asset to the forum.

i gotta agree on "the last gunfighter" as well!!!
i didnt know much about this aircraft in general but was introduced to it in 1987. i started readong a translation of a very popular japanese "manga" (comic)
AREA-88.
a beautiful, and simple shaped fighter... BUILD IT! cant see a loss of profit on this one either!

The Crusader was a wicked jet. The variable incidence wing would be cool too. Then make my F-105 Thunderchief!!
Looking at all those pics reminded me how much I wish we still used gigantic, full color national insigna instead of the tiny low-vis markings of today.

I would personally love it as my dad used to work on those planes in the DFW area.

I agree with everything being written about the Crusader. If one is/was made I'm sure I'd get one - and I'm pretty picky about what I purchase. However, with that said, it's my opinion that the A-6 Intruder or the A-4 skyhawk might come first. There's a lot of reasons why, and perhaps beyond the scope of this particular topic. Just my opinion.
Tpa05 out.
