Question about toy fair coverage

Post by mrkisskissbangbang » Wed Feb 14, 2007 7:40 am

Besides all the great stuff that will be coming out of 21st Century, Admiral and BBI. Was there any other interesting offering in 1:18 or 1:32 scale by anyone else? Any die cast vehicles or playsets that can be adapted to WW2?

I want some 1:18 scale civilians!

Signature and Solido have some great European automobiles. I've recently seen a 1940's Cadillac Fleetwood (Godfather Edition) on ebay. Nice figures....not too sure how well the Fleetwood would mix with my Mercedes Benz, Horch and BMW???

What ever happened to Chap Mei's Soldier Force or the Power Team Elite? Has the Corps gone under? They have all sported some nice accessories or playsets to enchance the XD collection.

Has Playmobil put out anything interesting that can be adapted? The Victorian era houses and a few other of their structures make nice backdrops.

On another note: With all the neat stuff coming out. Will Build-A-Rama be putting forth some nice accessories? I hope so!

Cheers

I've been eagerly awaiting the rerelease of PTE's patrol boats.
Tanks for the memories
Your breachblocks so black
And oodles of track
Here at Grafenwoehr it's so good to be back
Oh, tanks for the memories..
