Other A-10 Interest

Thought I would throw a poll up over on Joecustoms to see what the Joe folks thought about an A-10, to see if I could throw some more fuel on the fire. Kinda what I thought you'd see comment wise, but there is definitely interest.

OK I have a stupid idea. I think that there is from 5 to 10 members who would die for a A-10. We can cry, wring our hands and punch on the key boards all day long and aparently the big 3 will still build what they think we want.

Soooo here is the idea. How much of us have a little building talent

Ok Let us divide the plane up Wings, fuse., engine cowlings, canopy and cockpit, landing gear, ordnance and last but not least paint. That is 8 sections everybody put up there skills wer there mouth is we can do this ourselves

Aferguson. I know you got one of those stryfoam A-10. You said this is slightly offscale but is this good enough to start with? If so we can all get
one these. I think they go for about $30 to $50 on e-bay we all can get these and have a on-line class . Starting from one part to another and that way hopefully other guys motivation can get us all motivated.
Maybe some of our skills are better than others. No problem what are you good at? Maybe you can build a good looking bomb or missile or maybe your talent is on making decals what ever. We can have some kind of co-op and everybody can put in what they can. Or am I still sleeping and this is some kind of goofy dream.
