Finally get back to it sorry for the long delay on this build,On to the front mantle this was a @#$@*!! but I slugged on this is what I used.I cut a plastic xmas bulb that was the correct size of outside mantle the ball was sculpted with sculpey.The barrel is plastic tube and I used milliput 2 part to form front mantle with plastic card behind it.

here is shot from back gives you Idea of how it will look that piece under mantle is just holding it in position for now.you can see the white sculpey I had to form around Mantle and cover this stuff works great.

The fenders still need to be mounted you have to move these you can't use the normal position that is on the tiger.Top off tank is still being worked on and not glued down.
