Typewriter?

Post by flayrah » Wed Jan 12, 2005 11:12 am

I am "desperate need" of a 1:18 typewriter. I know there was one in one of the Lanard WOW Girls sets (now nearly impossible to find); and one with the 1970's MASH playset (even harder and more expensive to find). If anyone can help, please e-mail flayrah@yahoo.com. Thanks

wow, your knowledge of 1/18 scale figure accessory-lore is impressive.

If you can't find one by those sources try looking in the little girl's toy sections at TRU, Target etc. There are many little doll item accessories and i'm sure i've seen a typewriter before..

Looks like there's one on the way here. Click on the 4th image space from the left. The pictures aren't loading on the main page but the link still works if you click on the broken image icon.

I remember seeing that site 6 or 8 months ago, but I still don't see a way to order from them. Will these ever be available. I would buy a couple of those laptop computers...

Thanks for the input. I e-mailed this latest source a few weeks ago, have not yet heard anything back.

Check the doll house section of your local hobby store or Hobby Lobby. I remember seeing a few at Hobby Lobby, not sure if the scale is quite right.
