I don't know, but if he was pulled out for the photo the stench must have been unimaginableI wonder if he was found in the tank and pulled out for the photo

Reminded me of some of the O'Sullivan Pics from Gettysburg.
A great Pic book for this type of stuff is
"Gettysburg a Journey in time" by William A. Frassanito
A lot of then and now pics very well written.
