i've been thinking about it. They look pretty cool. Don't know how close to 4 inch they really are; haven't seen them in person.

Here's a picture of all the first series:

there is a second series in the works which looks good too:

I saw these in person and I have to admit, I almost bought a couple of the sets. The accessories are great! Skeletons could even be used as decaying corpes on a battlefield. They ARE 4" figures and also state it on the package. I think it would be great if BBI, Dragon or 21st came out with a Medival, Roman, Greek and/or Samurai Line!! Listening BBI, Drago, 21st?

The Chitty Chitty figures were supposed to be around May/June.

..and I like them. If you are looking for some fantasy based 1:18 stuff then these work great. Great accessories. What I am most impressed with is the articulation. They found a way to have very good articulation (at least in the packs I picked up) without the articulation points being too bulky or ovious. 2 for $14 isnt cheap, but really not bad for what you get.

FINALLY!!! My Suncoast finally got the Knight/Dead Pikeman set. Very good figures. Knight has articulated wrist, shoulder, bicep, double jointed elbow (kinda like microman figures), waist, knees and ankles. The cool part is he can ride a horse. The Dead Pikemen surprised me. Looks like you could seperate the skull head from the mail hood, nice breast plate, and he has articulated knees and shoulders. Pretty well done figures. The only thing I was disappointed in is the paint is kinda muffed in the Knight's visor. But, I think I will be buying a few more sets, they are that good. Too bad they don't pack two knights together.

Also picked up the Monte Python Cow Catapult. Way too much fun.

Hell yeah!

Now that's what I'm talking about! Finally my Star Wars Darktrooper Phase I has a great figure base to work with if they use the Endoskeleton as a figure. :)

Count me in for some resistance dudes too. Kick ass news man, thanks. Now if we could just get an Aliens/Predator line that included Colonial Grunts.

Now that is good news. I've been hoping for a Terminator line in this scale for some time. If they're the quality of the army of darkness figures they should be pretty good. I passed on the army of darkness figures when i saw them just because i think the movie is totally goofy and i had spent my toy allowance for the month at the time.

Terminator figures i can get excited about though. :)

Maybe Robocop next? :D

Cool, pics will be neat...

For those curious, there's a 4" line of Alien Vs. Predator figures exclusive to Japan too... Just found out about these. Theyr'e relatively new, but sport heavy articulation and you actually have to construct the figures.

I've wanted a 4" alien for a LONG time to go in a cross-over series for Star Wars... Now I'll have predators killing stormtroopers for their skulls too. :P

at 4 inches they would be too small, no? Aren't aliens and predators supposed to be about 8 feet tall, which would be a little over 5 inches in our scale? Can you post a link to any info/pics?

Microman is also coming out with Godzilla where it is the figure with a rubber godzilla suit. That cracked me up when I saw it.

4" scale, the figures are properly sized, however Aliens were a guy (average) in a bulky costume, but not a HUGE costume, so an Alien really isn't too huge compared to a man... Not the average warrior alien anyway.

Predator was about the size of Arnold Schwarzenegger (butchered that)... maybe a hair bit taller/bigger. Arnie's not exceptionally taller than average I don't believe...

The figure I saw's against a SW figure and it's quite nicely sized I wager. The Aliens I haven't seen, but hopefully I'm gonna get some of these this week to just see how they size up. I've wanted Aliens for a Star Wars crossover for ages! :)
