For $9.99 you get:
1 Booster of the Base Set and 1 of either Set II or Set III, Maps A1/2, B1/2, C1/2, D1/2, A3/4, and B3/4 as well as the new rule book with updates and a sheet of damage counters. Maps A3/4 and B3/4 has beaches on one side and hedge rows on the other.

Plus, if you order $80 (if I remember correctly), you get free shipping a a $10 gift card.

Nope. With the new baby and my brothers mobile home burning to the ground, I haven't had time to visit my usual haunts. I will ask Santa to stuff my stocking with some of those though.
