Thanks for the answers TKO!

Do you know when there will be S3 Migs?
I really want an S3 Mig

Also, will there be an S4 Sabre soon? Any chance it will be from the Luftwaffe? I think the Sabre looks alot better in Luftwaffe camo.

Fire!... YES! there was a factory in china that 21st had that was burnt to the ground! I believe the Kubel mold was KIA. Not 100% sure on that intel, but it would make sense as to why we have only seen the first release. The fire happened a couple years ago or so.
Funny, I know of a WM that has at least 9 of them sitting on the shelf collecting dust!

Guys-

Yes there is going to be an S4 Sabre. In fact I know that 21st is pretty close to locking in on one of 2-3 schemes. You guys should be pleased when we see what is picked they all look good and will be a nice addition to the F-86 fleet!

S3 MiG should be out before the end of the year sometime. Details are still a little vague right now.

Hey tko,

Any word on the Victory Mustangs yet? I thought I read that you said you might hear something by the end of the week. I dont want to sound so pushy on this subject but I am getting a little impatient. I just want that Mustang so bad I can taste it.

PzIII-L

Post by ltcbj » Sat Oct 28, 2006 7:47 am

Hi: I recently purchased the last 1/32 PzIII-L from my local Wal-Mart and upon taking it out of the package discovered that the third road wheel on the starboard side is mis-cast/twisted out of shape. What can we do to fix this problem? It really looks terrible. This is a cold steel DAK PzIII-L #23.
I tried to download the 21stC site but it simply will not download, it just sits working and working and working, but never downloading. Is there a srver problem?
Thank you

Are you using AOL? We have recently discovered that AOL accounts are having difficulty loading the 21st web site from time to time. I am looking into what needs to happen to correct it. At some point the web site will be overhauled. The last couple years have been spent really focusing on AREA-21 and re-engaging the fan base. So I think the plan is to take those lessons learned and develop an improved version of the site that is out there today. So I think better things are still to come. Could be an first of the year launch? Not certain yet.

I am using Safari 1.3. I'll try Firefox.

Firefox failed. Is there some other site I can backdoor or otherwise engage 21stC Toys through? This is more frustrating than getting the broken tank in the first place. Of course it isn't broken, it's mis-made....

TKO, any chance in hell 21st would consider doing a Sdkfz 250? Maybe something like this PaK 38 variant?

Image

Also, would there likely be much interest in making a towed PaK 38? I figure they'd do pretty well.

Oh yeah! Armored Cars. We need armored cars too.

TKO,

Any other news? This is a great surprise!

1/18 scale model of the P-51D flown by Capt. Roscoe Brown 332nd Fighter Group (TuskegeeAirmen)
The sign of a great model is that one’s eye is not drawn to any one feature, yet one can study it for hours and continually find something new.

Hi TKO211! You mentioned this in the "Whats new?" thread.

I know of 2 more aircraft in 1:18 scale from 21st however they are part of the 07 planning and at this time are considered top secret. You guys will get the scoop soon though.

Well, I think that says that all two new vehicles you already know of, are planes.
I was hoping for new armor in early 2007.
That means that all this Priest and Königstiger speculations were totally wrong? :?

2 new aircraft for 2007? I really do hope one of them is an A-10. Why? Because the A-10 fans have been begging for one as much as I begged for a Hellcat. BBI came through for me and I hope maybe 21st will come through for them.

Thanks MightyMustang. As one of the avid A-10 fans here on the board I appreciate your support. It would be a true mouth dropper and a welcome sight if 21st or anybody was doing the A-10 in 1/18 scale. At this point I'm putting more hope in BBI or Admiral Toys coming through for us one day in the A-10 department.
Go Ugly Early in 1/18!!

Still waiting and wishing for a 1/18 A-10 Warthog.
