21st Century Toys Pak 40

Post by lightning2000 » Wed Oct 25, 2006 5:24 pm

Hi Guys,
Not sure if this has been discussed, but we just got a new image of the 21st Century Toys PaK 40 anti-tank gun. It comes with a crewman, some ammunition and an ammunition box.

(see: <A href="http://www.themotorpool.net/product_p/2 ... htm">Pak40 with Crewman</A>)

If its already been discussed or shown elsewhere, then disregard this message...

Glad to see these going to the small retailers and so soon after appearing at Wal Mart! I'm hoping they get the Hannomag with the mounte Pak-40. Now, if only every 21c release would do the same. I have the Pak-40 gun and really like it! It is a much more cost-effective way to get a detailed artillery piece than the 1:6 version and the detail is on par! The inclusion of the crates with ammo and the figure with gear are a very nice plus! It is also easy to customize a full gun crew - just get a couple more of the BoB open-coat infantry!

Post by lightning2000 » Thu Oct 26, 2006 4:43 pm

Hi,
We just got new images of their just released 1:18 scale US M16 halftrack, German Pioneerwagen, German Stuka zu Fuss and PaK 40. Moreover, these items are expected to arrive next week, as is a couple of new 1:32 scale pieces.

You're going to really like the Stuka zu Fuss and the M-16 as well! All very nice and detailed modifications to the existing 21c moulds! Sounds like you may also be getting the new 32x trucks, if I may speculate. Those also came out in my area (though an ebay seller nabbed them before me) along with the 1:18 armor. This has to be the fastest we've seen something go from Wal Mart to the small retailers. I feel sorry for the suckers that bought these vehicles for over $100 on ebay within the past few days.

New Armor

Post by lightning2000 » Thu Oct 26, 2006 5:25 pm

Hi Tman,
Yep, we're looking forward to getting in the new pieces and have already gotten quite a few orders since listing them. We're think about adding them to our print ad program, along with some accompanying aircraft. They certainly offer great value for the price and it appears as if they may not be readily available at the brick-and-mortar level.

We're also getting in their 1:32 scale 3rd issue 88mm Flak Gun along with a new playset containing the PaK 40 and three crewmen. The Opel and Sd. Kfz. 4 are expected a little later on, probably by Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, the highly popular M7 Priest is on back order, although more are expected by year's end.
