what, not like its the truth!!! Have you seen any Anvegers down in Fl? How about P51's? well up here in MA and NH we haven't seen anything. I called 21st century today and told them what was going on and all the gentleman had to say was it was the way Walmart distributes. They send the products to them and its up to walmart to send them out. So I'll be getting my PAK40, M16 and the 2 hanomags, i'd say next spring. i'll be very surprised if we get it sooner. Maybe Santa has better connections then I do :D

I haven't heard about a new German half-track with a mounted PAK-40???

WOW, serious firepower. Are we sure we are talkiong about the PAK-40? and not the 2.8cm gun mounted on the "engineer" half-track?

This needs some looking into.......

The PAK-40-Halftrack is the variant I'm looking forward to the most. I think it's just beautiful. With these colors and this camo pattern it fits perfectly to the released Normandy/Westfront camo version. I hope all 4 new halftracks are in one case. Otherwise the Pack-40-Hanomag could become hard to find. I can't believe that the most walmart stores will get this assortment in the next spring. I hope for the holiday season this year.

well, i think 21c has hit several home runs with this new spate of armour releases. I have reservations about the pioneerwagen (in case you hadn't noticed) but i think the other 3 halftracks and the pak are going to fly off the shelves.

If so, this should encourage further modifications to existing armour molds at the very least. I think the most likely being a Wirbelwind (no hull mods required, just a new turret with a flakvierling in it) and Jagdpanther and perhaps a Priest.

Opinions?

Yes the Wirbelwind is an awesome piece of armor! Speaking of conversions, how about a Nashorn!! Built on a Panzer III or IV chassis IIRC.

Or a STUG!

Same goes for Tracy, Manteca, and Stockton Walmarts. I had to reach the top shelf 3 times to pull down the earlier release halftrack just to make sure it wasn't an M16. I am headed into the foothills tonight so I will swing by a Walmart up there.

Moth:

Sorry, I was in the land of 1/6 for awhile. Missed the Sdkfz 251/22 (with the PAK 40). Really looks good.

A STUG would be great! A Wirbelwind or Jagdpanther would also be some really cool XD vehicles. I hope you guys are right and the new armor will fly of the shelves.
But to fly of the shelves, they first have to get into the shelves. I hope the new halftracks and the PAK-40 will show up in more stores soon.
For 2007 I would be thankful for every new groundvehicle from 21st.

I hope I can show 21st C how easy a priest would be (with my custom). and I would like to see them make one using thier 3 piece sherman hull and chassis. I think they could pass it off as an early M7 and even paint it British and we would finaly have something British. and they would have to make a 105 Howitzer artillary piece to answer to the Pak 40's.

Nothing new in the San Antonio area as of today. I sure hope they show up before Christmas.

just stumbled upon two new surprise pieces in 32x a Maultier half track truck and a german 'standard' 3 ton truck. Both look pretty neat.

I wonder if we're in for a surprise in 1/18 armour as well?

Well thats funny! That is the same seller who first found the new 1:18 halftracks - and who is in my area!! I did not see those pieces when I was out and about on Friday, but then if they were there, I probably overlooked them in my hunt for the 1:18 vehicles. This seller is really annoying me now!

Neat pieces, but I'm really not all that excited about them as to drop my plans for tomorrow to go hunting. If they were in 1:18, however...

With all these new land vehicles appearing in 1/32nd scale, I just may jump back in. I hope at least one of them will be morphed into 1/18th.

I GUESS AS 21ST HAVE THE STAFF ON HAND TO DESIGN THESE 2 NEW 1/32 VEHICLES, IT THEREFORE WOULD BE WELL IN THEIR CAPABILITIES TO DO THEM IN 1/18, WHICH IS GOOD TO KNOW, WITH RECENT EVIDENCE OF FINALLY SOME NEW RELEASES ESPECIALLY THE PAK40 GUN. I IMAGE THE ONLY REASON WHY WE MAY NEVER SEE THEM IN 1/18 IS DUE TO THE COST OF THE MOULDS AS PREVIOUSILY PUT FORWARD BY 21ST, BUT GIVEN THEY ARE IN 1/32 THERE IS ALWAYS THE POSSIBILTY ONE DAY OUT OF THE BLUE SEEING THEM IN 1/18.

"just stumbled upon two new surprise pieces"

Oh <bleeeep>!

Those sure are cool! Have to agree with MG, they would be outstanding in 1:18 but I'll be nabbing the 32x as well for lack of patience. :)

Looks like a possible "back door" deal to me. The guy could be a Wally stocker, picking the items right off the pallet.

We go through this EVERY time. People don't do their research and get burned. Just Stupid. If they would read the boards, they'd know that these things are coming soon enough.....
