carrying cases for XD

I was wondering if any of you have bought carrying cases to hold your XD armies and there accessories. Right now I have the people on display but there accessories in plastic freezer bags. I was thinking of buying a tackle fishing box or something with deviders. I remember star wars made something for you to put there figures in. They were shaped in Darth vader or C3PO. If you do something like this can you show pics??

Best place to get a container for various parts for XD is Hobby Lobby or any place that sells snap/click closure compartment plastic containers.
My wife found some taller plastic ware for loose figures that has a flap closure lid. I seperate my XD figs per category(US,German, Airborne, OMG, Marines, VN etc.) for each container. The compartment flatter type (tacklebox like) container holds: weapons, backpacks, canteens, misc. gear, etc.)
I find it easier to locate a certain type of gear or figure this way.

These are what I use to store my XD figures. I put the extra arms and weapons for each figure in a seperate section. I bought these at WM about 7 years ago. (About $9 back then.) The brand name is STACK-ON. WM does still sell them, but they're not as big as these. I did notice that Lowe's sells the same ones for $20. (Same size as mine too.)

The best cases out there are at Lowes... They're made by Plano.

They're a small clear plastic case with plastic slots you put in to make compartments. I can usually fit 4 figures per single compartment I make in a tray. They're small/thin, they stack well, and they're only $3 and change to boot.

They're an old slick Star Wars storage technique, I highly recommend picking these up if you have the means. Plus they won't damage/discolor figures either which some storage techniques are capable of doing (bag 'o figures is a good example... never store them in sealed ziplock bags or whatnot).

I have one of those hardware cases (like that pictured above) to hold all the weapons and accessories for my 1:18th militaria, old GI Joe, and Star Wars figures. The extras that I don't use that often I have contained in ziplock bags and stored in a couple Army surplus .50 cal machine gun ammo boxes.

I just got back from Walmart and found a tackle box that has fours draws with separaters inside that seems to hold the people and there accessories within each space. each draw holds 12 people. so i can now store 48 people in this one tackle box. I'll try to find a pic on walmarts website and posted.

I use the Plano boxes from Lowes. They fit 12 figs with accessories. I checked but I took the label off so I don't have the model number. But they stack flat or hang on peg hooks.

I just use ziplock bags and a shoe box, but I can see the Plano boxes being very useful. I use them for fodder parts.
