I don't know what "JCP" stands for on the 21c store site, but they are essentially the Mutt and Tanker figures from the XD Viet Nam line

Anybody get a word back from 21stC, who have ordered product, when they will ship it out?
I just got back my Paypal invoice, that's it.
TKO,
If you find out they find anymore 1/18 stuff or what their supply of 1/18 VN figs are, please let us know.
I would like to place an order for more of the 1/18 VN figs.
But- if they don't have anymore or they are putting more 1/18 stuff for sale - I will wait.
See what kind of recon you can get for us, THANKS!

No, I haven't heard anything. All I have gotten back was the order reciept and that came the day I ordered and does not show the status. They say on their site that orders can take up to 3 business days to process and ship, so if I haven't heard anything by Wednesday then I'm going to start e-mailing...

Guys, don't know if you ever ordered these the the first time around but IIRC they came HAND ADDRESSED in a little box so you can imagine the man hours required for such an endeavor. People often ask about why we don't see more direct from 21C product offerings and I think they underestimate what is involved in merely packing, labeling and shipping individual orders. If you are not set up for such a process then it could be a very wasteful exercise. Wasteful enough to cancel any additional revenue garnered from the exclusion of a middle man (be it Etailer or WM).
Anyway, with respect to these guys I don't see what the sense of urgency on our part should be - it's not like they are new by any means. Also I could imagine some orders not being filled or only partially being filled due to the low price and the fact that they are still listed for sale. Unless of course they had 1000s lying around...time will tell..

I just got a call from 21c directly on my cell phone while at work regarding my order for the figures regarding a payment error. We got the error fixed right over the phone and the package will soon be on its way. That's what I call customer service! I really, really was not expecting to get a call from them, given that I'm a lowly collector and they are big (relatively speaking) corporation.

I'm sure that if we had ordered 1000 each, we would have gotten phone calls too.

Luckily, I only ordered 3 figures, precisely so I wouldn't cause that problem

Mine just arrived from UPS. Since I live so close to 21st Century, I expect folks will start receiving theirs in the next few days. These are exactly the same ones as from the Fan Club a couples years ago.

Cool! UPS shipments from Nor Cal to my area can take a day or so, and they may already be at my house - I'm at work. Its really good to see 21c pull through and get us some Viet Nam figures. They'll also go with the two Mutt jeeps that were released at Wal Mart w/o the drivers in addition to the re-released Pattons

Haven't received the four figures I ordered last Friday. My debit card was credited twice, once on the 25th and once on the 29th,for the same order. Guess I will be at the bank in the morning straightning it out.

After reading that others have been getting they figure, I looked out side and what did I find? My figures. There arms are a little off in color with the shoulder/bicep being different and the forarm/hand, but all in all not bad for the price. Also both of them have the Tanker helmet, boonie hat, articulate arms and stand, but only one has the non-articulate arms and M16. Short review, but I think everyone has these or will be getting them soon.

I don't think this was on the site before:
1/6 Scale M5 Stuart Tank Replacement Track
$20.00
1/9 Scale Abrams Tank Replacement Track
$20.00
1/6 Scale M5 Stuart Tank Replacement Sprocket
$15.00
1/9 Scale Abrams Tank Replacement Sprocket
$15.00

They went UPS. I only ordered 6 figures (3 of each type) and I've got to say that I was very happy to get more 'Nam figures plus the accessories. Now my Mutt has a full, accurate crew, and my woodland cammo M2 Bradley has a crew of actual tankers. With the spare helmets, I was able to give my M113 crew somewhat accurate tanker helmets as well.

Are those prices really good for 1/6 scale toys?
