Its a gun rack. A similar one was offered with the the GIJOE Rifle range in the 80's.

Yep, a luger. And, the top right gun is MJ's version of a stormtrooper rifle. The series seems a little light to me, but I'll still be placing plent of orders for the stormtrooper rifle and AK74

Over on Joe customs John has said that it will be the end of september and up to last week he was saying things looked to be on time so keep an eye out for them in the next couple of weeks or so. I am checking both his websight and his ebay store atleast twice a day.

I am sure that this will be big news when the wave hits on the Joe boards and sci fi boards and am sure we will see it posted here to.

I Just got my order today and man what an AWESOME wave the AK74 is brilliant the removable mag is an excellent development which bodes well for wave 4 and the modular M4 that he is working on! The pictures dont do the series justice! the cell phone in particular is not justified by the pics.
Anyway here are a couple of pics

The Beret is not available yet as it is not the size he wanted but i have tried it on bbi figs and they are fine on most but not all. I have included some bbi weapons in the shots for scale.

These are a great source for cheap accessories and the Rifle rack is great and will hold almost every weapon i have tried.

I only bought one Luger as i am not really into WWII but i am going to get a set in my next order they are as good as all the other pistols!

I'm glad you were impressed as i was too! i totally agree the detail keeps on improving and with wave 3 having triger guards it's a big plus point for me. I saw his post on JC aswell that he is trying to get some more accs out before xmas they sound like a dio makers dream and will be alot cheaper then buying multiple sets. If anyone hasn't tried any of marauders weapons a go yet i would really recomend wave 3 and for you WWII fans the Luger is Awesome!

Does anyone know what variant of the Dragunov Sniper Rifle does the marauder make? Was thinking of getting on for a VC sniper that I am making, but I am not sure if it is the correct version.

Here is what marauder wrote the m4 that will be in the next series

The prototype has a "basic" M4 frame and the plan is to be able to "add" or "remove" any or all of the following:
-ammo clips
-carrying handle
-scope
-grenade launcher
-forward handle grip
-silencer

Here is what he posted on joecustoms

Hey!
Several items are under development.??Series #4 is planned for next spring.??Will offer some heavier weapons, some more accessories (looking into backpacks, weapon belts, etc.) and of course more weapons. Top on the list is a "modular" M4 (with a removable clip, but will be able to "mix & match" the other parts to make the style of M4 you want...with or without grenade launcher, scope, front grip, carrying handle, etc.). Working to push the "detail & features" on the weapons where it makes sense.

Some production issues have arisen with the A10, hope to find some way to solve them without resulting in a delay.??Will post info as it becomes available.

Also, working on making some "already existing" 1:18 scale accessories available like laptop computers, folding chairs, tables, bunkbeds, stretchers, fence sections, "construction" tools, etc.??The production tools already exist, so hope to have them available before Christmas.??The items wouldn't be considered a "Marauder Series" but would just be added to the overall assortment offerings.??Want to make as many accessory & furniture type items available to the 1:18 scale enthusiast & dio makers as possible.??

Grunt1 Shadow83 has covered what we know of his plans so far. There is hopefully going to be some more new stuff before Xmas that will help dio makers!

For series 4 he has had it underway for some time now but i havn't seen any other info. John is very approachable and is very open to suggestions so if you have something you would like to see suggest it! if he knows there is a demand im sure he will look into it.

Anyway i am going to shut up as i sound like an advert lol

New dio stuff @ Marauder Inc.

Post by parrish333 » Wed Nov 29, 2006 2:13 pm

Not sure if this has been discussed already - I apologize if so - but I just spotted today that Marauder Inc. added some dio items to their already great lineup. They are available for purchase now and at pretty reasonable prices I might add!

http://www.marauderinc.com/servlet/Cate ... ccessories

They look like PTE items, and they include a couple items I know we've all wanted - the bunk bed and locker.

It is hard to not sound like an advert for Marauder, but they just keep delivering the goods!
