I have never heard anything about it in a long time.
I did notice 21C re-released it's modern Navy Seal tactical vehicle (Jeep) as a Viet Nam era vehicle.

It's the one with the black roll bars.

The 1/6 Sahara jeep came out, but never heard that the 1/18 Sahara stuff never came out.

P-51 (way back when) swore he had seen them. I never saw any and no one else reported them. In my stores, there was once a 1:6 scale Sahara jeep that was there a short time and there were a bunch of the 1:18 figures. Nothing else, however.

P51s the only one who saw Sahara vehicles. Maybe they shipped out the display models from one of the toy shows only.

There was a 1:18 Sahara jeep on ebay a while back. It was in the Sahara box. Looked pretty nice. I think it sold for $70.00. So at least one was made.

If one was made, there had to be a lot more somewhere. Wouldn't make sense to make just a few of them. Someone's got a big stash of Sahara jeeps somewhere.

I found the two Sahara figures yesterday at a local Wal Mart. They were in the clearance section, and looked like they've been sitting on a rack for quite a while. Haven't seen any of the vehicles yet.
