Hanomag Fuss !
Saw the pic of 21st.Century's latest addition or introduction off their web-site,...but did anybody notice the center road-wheel missing ? ... right underneath the center rocket-pod. Who was the "Stuka doo Fuss" that left this out ? ... I'm not fussing , I'm glad to see "new armor". I just hope this is only a test-model and not the example of the actual "production run". I hope it includes a "new figure" or two. "Ambush" paint-scheme looks awsome for this vehicle as well.

Usually when you hear toy companies just re-releasing existing molds, there's nothing to get excited about unless you've missed the initial run. I have to give 21C credit. With this, and the M16, they've taken an existing mold and given some really cool new variants.
How about reusing the Bradley chassis for a MLRS

What does an 88 in 1:32 have to do with a Pak 40 in 1:18?
And I thought you still need a Panzer IV? I think we'd all love a new tank but perhaps if we all bought the ones that have been released the companies would be more inclined to make one.

hmm.....is that a second post you made today catman?
They're not likely to make something that's not made in any other scale, because that would imply it's not a very common or popular item. And since 1/18 is still struggling a bit in the armour department, it would seem to me that making items that are popular and in demand would be a smarter way to go..
I sometimes wonder why you bother coming here catman......you don't seem to like anything.

i never met an airplane i didn't like...
Actually the length of time between the new P-51 mustang release and the Avenger was only about 3 months. Also the F-86 and MiG-15 will be out in the next 3 months as well. So if my math skills are correct that is 4 new 1:18 scale airplanes from 21st in a period of 6 months
As for something new in ground stuff... Well we had the beep vehicle new variants on the mutt jeep, the humve, and 21st announced the Pak-40, 2 new hanomags and a new US half track... all in 1:18 scale. Not to mention the new 1:144 scale, the new 1:48 scale and other new releases in the 32x department!

I dunno I guess I gotta side with digger and aferg on this one. I think we have had and can still expect a GREAT year of new stuff.
BTW- great link aferg! makes me all the more excited for the new hanomag! cool pics there.

Stuka zu fushizzle
I think this is a cool variant. No complaints on this one. If they do a Hanomag with a radio antenna cage all of my wildest german halftack fantasies will have been brough to life.

Yes, the Stuka Zu Fuss is a beauty, quite scary actually.
Just a hunch I have, I think we will see another variant of the M3 Halftrack. Since there are now 2 new types of Hanomag, there should be 2 new types of M3 halftracks I suppose.

Hey Moth....is that stupid plane of yours getting bigger. Every time I see it, it's so distracting I loose track of what i wanted to say. Kind of like Centones watermellon.
An early comment in this thread asked if the U.S. had a half-track vehicle using rockets. Answer is no. A few vehicle set ups experimented with 5" rockets but nobody liked them. The Sherman had a version using rows of rockets on top that was sucessful, but no half-tracks.
TTT.

The Hitler water melon thing is AWESOME!
That Adolf was a spaz! I gotta get 21st to make a 1:18 Hitler Watermelon figure as an AREA-21 exclusive! Wouldn't that be funny! They could paint it in Black and white colors to match centone's image and include a tiny plastic melon slice. What do you think Roy?????
oh and YEP! the PAK-40 does come with german folk.

Yeah, the "Calliope". That'd be something to see in 1/18.Threetoughtrucks wrote:Hey Moth....is that stupid plane of yours getting bigger. Every time I see it, it's so distracting I loose track of what i wanted to say. Kind of like Centones watermellon.![]()

We could suggest to the underware makers that we have a better spokesmen for their Fruit of the loom product-tko211 wrote:The Hitler water melon thing is AWESOME!That Adolf was a spaz! Hister Wassmellon
Ben Ladden Lemon
Kaddaffy duck Bananna
Attila the Hun Orange
As to the EXCLUSIVE Hister Wassmellon - I would suggest removable jackboots and brown shirt, so when the political climate changes; we can add a spiffy Mao common workers outfit to the figure.

Moth:
Just kidding, that silly plane is just great. Looks just like some of the planes I saw every day at JFK, when I worked there...overloaded, just trying to get airborne.
Now Centone Hitler is some serious stuff.....how could you not get a kick out of that?
TKO:
Your idea of a Area 21 Exclusive is just a great idea. Like the old days when we could purchase straight from 21C.
Wouldn't that be worth a try? Could be a nice money maker for 21C, no selling commission. If sales are not good enough for 21C, they can open the "exclusive" to our e-tailers.
Sounds like a great idea if I do say so myself.
