As a seller I would welcome any offer, it is up to me as a seller to choose to accept the offer. When a seller acts in a derogatory way to a potential customer it is unbecoming of him and shows a lack of regard to customer service.
And if he accepted my offer I would have paid for it.
As a buyer I accept to be treated with respect from any potential seller.
