Dragon 1:44 Cando Dealers?

Post by Jorg » Wed Dec 15, 2004 3:08 pm

Hey all,

Are there any dealers out there with good prices on the Cando sets? I'm not interested in the chase pieces so much, I just like having a few of the different variants.

I'm looking for someone who sells the basic set of 6 (or whatever) for a good price. I've found some who sell whole cases, or the box of 12, but I 'm just looking for the 6 or so regular variants. The couple of places I have found that do that actually charge more than the dealers that sell them individually.

Anyone know of a place that sells them in sets of 6 for a reasonable price?

I don't know the rules for dealers on this board, but if a dealer reads this that can provide such a service, feel free to PM me.

Thanks!

Thanks for the info. Michtoy was one of the shops that I'd found that charged more set than they were individually. The set costs $40 (or $36 with the mailing list discount), which is $6+ each. You can buy most of them for $3-6 loose.

Maybe that's just the way it is. I was hoping to find a place more along the lines of $25 for the set of 6 regular ones.

Toy Federation seems to have most of the sets in the $25-$30 range. Minus the specials of course.

I buy mainly from Stratton's Toys, Onsite Diecast and Diecast Direct. All of these are great places. The most professional and comprehensive website is Stratton's.
