celui qui le veut mettra le prix. Maintenant, sans boite, il faut être certain que l'avion est en parfait état. Tu le vends ou bien tu veux l'acheter ?

Ok, i just bought on ebay for 90 $ a blue angels F 18 but the nice woman who sold it told me that it was displayed . So i really don't know the state of the box ? that's why i wanted to know if the box is important or not (I keep all mines in my cave ) but as long as th plane is ok - it's ok for me.
I just wanted to know your feeling.
I think she doesn't know the real valor of this & it was badly listed as "F/A-18 Blue Angels Scale Jet L@@K" nobody bid on this item ! i was lucky but now i am wondering, i saw picture of the model (complete) so i will tell you when i receive it ... all in all a good deal because for the same price as a new jolly roger i've got a rare BLUE ANGELS with super cool pilot !

That top one is a fancy model with non working gears and no pilot. Goes to show how good we have it - I've said before that $ for $ that top one is a joke.

I made an offer on the the over priced F-18
Your offer price: US $125.00
This is what he said: Seller terms: “Excuse me, but are you kidding ?”
BIN price: US $2,400.00
as far as I am concerned he can shove where the sun does not shine,

Colonel "Madman" Maddox: Let me hear your guns!
Captain Wild Bill Kelso: My what?
Colonel "Madman" Maddox: Your guns! Ack, ack, ack, ack, ack!
Captain Wild Bill Kelso: [fires his airplane's guns] AHHHH!

the 'overpriced' one is hand made by HPH and normally retails for several thousand dollars, so $2400 is not unreasonable at all. You would find it far, far better detailed than the BBI version, albeit without any moving features.
Anyway, this has been discussed a million times already; whether these expensive hand made models are worth the money. That is for each potential buyer to decide for him/herself.
I'd buy several of HPH's models in a hearbeat if i had the cash. Gorgeous and great subjects.

oh and supersonicfifi...sounds like you got a good price on your Blue Angels BBI. If you had the box it would probably be more valuable years down the road but ask yourself if you think you'd ever want to sell it anyway?
I've always hated seeing these 1/18 items escalate in price. I have no intention of selling my stuff but even still it sort of ruins the fun of opening them up when you know you're throwing money out the window when you do so...

Too bad we can't have them at a good price.

between $100-200 would be a good price.

I did not think the F-18 Blue Angel was worth the price.
but what i did not like was his response to my offer, he could have said no thanks but he had to be a A-Hole about it.
This is what he said: Seller terms: “Excuse me, but are you kidding ?”
