Did photo archives plan get scrapped?

I was wondering did the photo archives plan get canned? Or is there still a plan to have one? You can't rely on 21st C to keep their archives upto date. Plus they have many things that are wrong and you can forget the stuff that was never available. Maybe someday (yeah right

Nobody know anything about the archives plan? I thought to some nature that P-51 stated that they were being worked on, it was a while back so I was wondering if anything came of it? Thanks
