Ok, I'll take a stab at this beast and say that it is, or was, and British Valentine Mk X used by the Russians.
That's the best I can do. I'm surprised that noone else has replied to you yet. There's ALOT of cats on here that know that stuff.

Valentine?
Hi,
Funny, the gun/ gun assembly doesnt look the same. Just a haphazard guess, without pulling out any reference books, but I'd go with a flamethrower modified Valentine or perhaps a command tank with a dummy gun. Is that a radio set atop the turret or some sort of machine gun setup for close combat?
Harry has a good eye for details -- perhaps he can identify this beast...
