Thanks Ostketten and Steelbonnet for you possitive feedback. This was a project that had to be done. I don't understand why 21st won't do this version. They have the body molds. All they have to do are the shields. They molded the cupola shields in 1/32. But then again, they did that half ass too. They didn't make the 2 side M60s and shields. Oh yeh, by the way, cutting the side skirts off was a fun task. Too bad they were metal instead of plastic.

I agree, they should have done this ages ago with all the other 'Nam stuff.
Wonderful job - looks great! The shields are very well done.

Great work! Its really funny how the 21c M113 has turned into such a customizer's dream. Boardmembers have done all sorts of work with them. Somewhere I recall seeing a photo of a 21c 1:18 prototype for a Vietnam-era M113 ACAV, but it obviously never made it into production.
