BBi Kiowa Rotors Mounted going the wrong direction!

Post by wolf8564 » Thu Apr 20, 2006 12:04 pm

I don't know if there hasbeen a post on this already or not. This drove me crazy. They go to so much trouble to make such an excellently detailed model but they screw up on this. Tis !Tis ! Tis ! Although it is easily fixed with a little work.

they've had lots of things backwards on their models: apache doors on wrong side, rotors on kiowa, control stick on F-18, aileron balance horns on Zero...

Somebody working over there must be from the mirror universe..

I noticed the Kiowa blades from day one, but haven't let it bother me since its an otherwise excellent model.

I keep Telling you, those people back in China have a twisted sense of humor. We're being totally PUNKED here!!!! Next thing you know, They're gonna build a Harrier but then before we realize what hit us, it has a BRIGGS and STRATTON 3.5 Lawnmover engine it! It's good that we are keepin guard on all these things! :P Ashton Kutcher has nothing on those crazy bbi dudes.

Interesting. When I left the Air Force I was given a print of my aircraft that was made from a company in China. I noticed that there were two cables on the ship when there should have been one. It wasn't a major error but just a tiny one that if you didn't know the aircraft you would never notice. I was told that whenever an artist does a work there he leaves a little flaw in it. This flaw is to let evil spirits escape from the work. Funny huh? Would explain the reversed control stick, the cockpit and the reversed rotors wouldn't it?
