That paint scheme looks very nice. Too much bare metal on all the Stangs up till now (IMO). Also great to see it at TRU! BBI is back in stores, hopefully that shipment came with something NEW!
Btw, here is another plane that was just not worth pre-ordering despite what the retailers would have you think. Here it is a month earlier and at 30% less...
EDIT - While on topic, there is one set of WotW still on sale, with each figure coming out to just over $1.

I don't know why the companies are afraid to mold a P-51 B!

I found the "Old Crow" Mustang Saturday at the Overland Park Ks, TRU. I was pleasantly suprised as I hadn't been aware of these. I had spent all day checking Walmarts for the new 21st Mustang with no luck. I also noticed the "Marine Dream"(?) Corsair at another TRU was priced at $44.99 while the Mustang was $39.99. Finally I saw a possible rerelease of the M4A3w 105mm Sherman. The tank itself appears the same but the box color is different.

The Woodland TRU has the Old Crow P-51s at $39.99 and the Corsair for $44.99..

Yep found 1 "Old Crow" here in SoCal TRU also..that was a weird find as I have heard nothing of this.
Nice of BBI to keep its fans informed

...or maybe I just haven't been reading about BBI for a while.
Also they put out 4 or 5 black Kiowas. Are those new or just an old restock I wonder, cuz I don't remember seeing black Kiowas before.

Hey markecho were the Black Kiowa's the same as the green oneswith the same armament? anyone got any picks of these? think probably looks quite good. was it the same price as the regular green one i really hope that this is a hint at a load of new stuff on the way i myself am desperate to see some newly sculpted modern figures and new equipment and weapons.

I'll have to go check a TRU in my area. I don't think I'll get either (though I do like the "Old Crow" paintscheme) but I just want to see if they are there!

Contents are the same. The paint scheme is a new one and the pilot has the Desert Ops flight suit.

That's it. SFOR is for Stabilisation Force. It was created to deter hostility and hopefully provide peace in the Bosnia and Herzegovina area. Maybe we'll see more 1/18 modern aircraft that were involved in this conflict from bbi, like the Harrier or the A-10 Warthog with a paint scheme from the 81st FS (the Panthers) like this....

Awesome, awesome paint scheme.

Dead on accurate (I am looking for a pic with that tail code but it is out there I'm sure), and damn cool in black. This is a must have for me at $20. Total steal IMO.
The two Kiowa paint schemes have been so good - makes you wonder about the Corsair. The only thing holding me back on what is described as an excellent rendition of the F4 is those damn Air Show paint schemes. Still waiting for a warbird.

Pictures?
Bare arms and a tattoo huh? Now that's cool.
BBI's winning some dough from me and I'm strapped right now...
Been a while with anything good to talk about... 21st's hit the wall here, so no BotB Series two to be found... But new BBI just when I'm stopping at TRU more often sounds just dandy.
Thanks for the heads up guys.
