Found one with the long coat, question is does this come off? Need the guy and the MP44 without it.

Judging from the extra arms that come with the figure, I'd say no.
If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Then quit. No use being a damn fool about it.

the second german figure comes with a loose open coat -
The only problem I have with the body of the open coat figure is his head and body looks funny with the other heads attached.
