Hey, thanks a bunch for the M7 update! Really looking forward to this one. For the trivia buffs, the photos indicate that this will be a 1944 production type, which is good for the ETO and probably some Pacific battles. The early Priests had the suspension and transmission cover of the M3 Lee/Grany types. That means a kitbash is quite possible for those who need one for the desert war.

If you need a Lee/Grant why not just use the ones that Forces of Valor have already released? They have two out already. I only have the one with Monty but it is an awesome specimen.

Yep,......It's no SMOKE ! ....A 1:18 Kingtiger tank slated for release by next Spring. At least some metal parts are there ! :shock:

Minor misunderstanding - I'm won't use the M7 to make a Grant, I would take Lee/Grant parts to make the first production M7! The M7 shown in the pre-production photos looks like a later vehicle, and using the Lee/Grant parts would allow it to become the early M7 as used by the British and US vehicles used in North Africa. The needed parts could come from an FoV Grant, or a Monogram M3 Lee or Grant, or the Airfix Lee or Grant model kits.
