Cool though that it was at toyfair just last week.
Anyway it really goes to show what we got going in our 1:18 scale world. That nose is nice but at the same time looks like something bbi, 21st or AT is VERY capable of at $40 - $60, seriously.

I see the potential for the large bombers (B-17, B-25, B-24, etc.) becoming a valuable part of aviation museums, association headquarters (think AOPA, EAA), corporate offices (Piper, Cessna, Boeing, Martin), hobby shops, aviation schools and universities, movie studios and then, private collectors such as ourselves.
If you include foreign customers (British, French, German, etc.) the demand could be hugh for such unprecedented models. You just have to think outside the provervial 'envelope' and contemplate all the possibilities. Once this is done, develop the proper marketing and advertizing plan to fit your sales goal.

Wow!!!! Those pictures of the belle cockpit are great. Unfortunately, it really puts the whole idea of a 1:18 bomber in proper perspective. It would be HUGE!!! I just dont see any way there will be enough mommys and daddys out there to buy a 1:18 bomber for little johnnie to enable the company to recoup what would be incredible tooling expenditures. Hec, parents wont even cough up 200.00 bucks for a remote control 1:9 scale Abrams that has more playability, has motors and electronics and takes up less space than a 1:18 bomber. And lets face it, there just isnt enough of us collectors to buy enough either. (look at the low poll counts)
I sure hope I am wrong but I just dont see this ever happening.

Though a 1:18 B-17 (or other large bomber) would be nice, outside of RC planes and film props, I just don't see one coming in its entirety as a feasable item of retail value. Smaller bombers such as the Mosquito, BF-110, TBM Avenger, and perhaps at a stretch, a B-25, are much more likely to be produced.
