Marauders had a nice booth at JoeFest in Augusta this past weekend. Long lines the first day but I was able to snap a couple pics the second day although most things were gone.

I also picked up Chicken Fried Toy’s show exclusive. The Dime Novel Legends figures are great!

Impressive. 1/18 figures have come a long way. Body proportions and head sculpts are more realistic. Much better job of blending in articulation joints. Overlay of accessories helps there a lot. Molded in belts, web gear and such was no help covering joints. There's still the assumption everyone is the exact same height and body type. Even in some of the most detailed and expensive 1/6 scale figures, they still do that. Even with Japanese WWII soldiers from Soldier Story, DID and 3R. I'm sure it's cheaper to make the basic bodies all the same and add different heads and uniforms. On Guadalcanal, the Marines described many as being barely over 5'. Weren't many 6' Japanese soldiers and U.S and Germans varied greatly.

Nice pics YT and nice figures.
I like the German figures in winter white and their weapons
look to be to scale. The only thing that sticks out to me is the officer's
visor (hat). It is the same as in the pro-type pictures, not very accurate
while everything is.

Does anyone know if Marauders is planning on making a British paratrooper from ww2?
