Great to hear, Aracula! I’m excited to start building this :D

BTW, is your Jagdpanzer going to be an early L/48 variant with the shorter gun barrel or the later Vomag one with the longer L/70 gun? No worries either way, just curious, as I’m starting to research the paint scheme I want to do.

Well I could possible make a longer gun so people could have that option I guess.

That would be cool, but stick with whatever is easier in your end.

Thanks Aracula! I’m perfectly OK with the L/48 variant as there are some good schemes I could choose from... But if you decide to do the bigger L/70 gun, let us know.

Side skirts wouldn’t be too difficult to make with some sheet styrene... A lot of the Jagdpanzer IVs seemed to have simple rectangular sheets that were mounted on brackets on the side of the hull as opposed to the more complex angled sheets mounted on separate racks as seen on the Stugs and Panzer IVs. Those simple shapes could be easily cut out from styrene with a good knife and a ruler

I've been using gift cards that I pick off the racks at the super markets for the side skirts for years. Easy to cut and glue. Bob

Gift cards, thats something I've never thought of...sounds like a good idea.
I have used sheet styrene and a few times aluminum flashing for side armor.
Which ever you choose just don't go to thick.

I have been pouring kits. Are you guys wanting side skirts also? I did not make any for this but guess I could if people wanted them.

Side skirts would be great, Aracula! Please include if you can... If not, no worries as I could make my own. I like Rylau’s idea of using card stock.

Me too. If necessary I´ll do the skirts by my own. Have you send my parts to Matthew?

No need for an apology, I've made molds and cast pieces in resign...nothing quick about it.
The kit looks very nice!

Will try to post a build instruction in a few days. It is not real complicated though to do.

Aracula, those parts look fantastic and thanks for going through all the effort to make things so detailed! As you said, it looks like a fairly straightforward build as well... I’m eager to get started :D

Molding the long barreled conversion for this kit so you can make either the 48 or the 70. Will be the barrel, the gun mantlet, and the different exhaust, and a cap for the one view hole.

Should be ready to go soon, if anyone interested.

Will post some pics when I get back home.
