I don't even know what to say.... 
The biggest thing that would keep me from even attempting such a kit, as it does with German and Japanese bombers is the greenhouses with all that framing. Still don't know why the framing is never, even on the most expensive kits with individual spark plugs and linkage detail, molded separate from the clear like EVERY model car and truck right down to the cheapest and simplest kit.
So what's the key to doing frames?

I used the pre-cut masking set for all canopy and window glasses...there are just too many of them for manual masking which I normally do on other builds

I built the Accurate Minniatures TBF kit about 20 years ago, doing mine in a late-war solid dark sea blue scheme from an aircraft flying from the USS Intrepid. At the time, I hadn’t quite figured out the masking process for canopies (and I don’t even know if there were the aftermarket kits back then) so I free-handed it... And that was a pain!

I consider this kit one of the most difficult kit I've built; And the instructions make it even worse. Most of the time you're trying to figure out how the parts come together by yourself
, and it's taking much longer time because of that.
