new AC

Post by digger » Sat Jan 14, 2006 10:08 am

Cool - Good ole Dirk 8)
We've heard about them all and we saw bbi's Hellcat but the longshot is the Bf-110 imo. That's a big AC, and if the Avenger was "almost ready" at last year's toy fair and will be "almost ready" at this year's Toy Fair, I'd be impressed to see an Me-110 in 2006. Maybe bbi or Admiral has one up their sleeve

With the F86 & the Avenger that's a half dozen new toys for you fly-boys :o :P

Let's hope we'll see at least several of those planes mentioned sitting on the shelves in the near future.

I was in touch with Jason recently and had sent him a list of "wants" from admiral, among them were F-15, F-14, A-4, A-10, and a WWII F-4 0r F-6.
Also on the list were any WWII bombers but those are unlikely, "lots of plastic".
Any how, his response while cryptic, said that one of the planes on my list was a very strong possibility in the near future. Any guesses?
Those magnificent men in their flying machines, go SHOPPING at <a href="http://www.updiddilyupup.com/xcart/home.php"><img src="http://updiddilyupup.com/xcart/skin1/images/xlogo.gif" WIDTH=25%></a>

Seeing a 1/18th Hellcat would be a dream come true for me and I hope BBI comes out with one or 21st. I can only hope that in 2006 I will see and have one in my collection. But until then I look forward to the Avenger and the soon to be (hopefully released) Bunker Hill F4U.

I said it this past Autumn, and I'll say it again - I predict we'll see a Hellcat, Wildcat, or Dauntless from bbi or another company, before we see 21st's Avenger.

You guys might be right - the number of small retailers that are showing their hand on the bbi Hellcat is growing. If the past is any indication, when it is finally confirmed it should be here shortly thereafter. It could be any day now for all we know
