Jnewboy Customs 2008-2015 1/18 projects
I made a video like this a year ago or more ago of aircraft but I thought I would make one for all the AFV's and thin skinned stuff from over the years. Some are better than others and its fun to see how I have progressed. Thanks everyone that purchased one of these and those who have supported the hobby.

Great work Jon!! The custom work and weathering is just amazing. I still want to do the 21st / FOV Tiger I
road wheel conversion that you did, I always liked that one. Hope to see more of your customs in the future.

Jon,
one of your german tank commanders wears a furred winter cap. How did you made or get it?
Really nice customized models. The Panzer IV with the 8.8. on top is one of my next customs.

I am both in awe and envious of your talents.
Sharing examples of your work is quite inspirational.

Hey thanks guys! It means a lot to me!
1/18 is a fun scale to work in, big enough to get in great little details but small enough to do large stuff without needing a warehouse.
I molded the head then etched off the star and resculpted the fur. Then the paint and rubbed it with my Magic Grime and you have the hat. Add what ever insignia you want, I used the 1/16 Lion Roar kit to do the SS version.
I always liked this pic of Sepp Dietrich, he looks like he is going on a camping trip
