Find this kind of ironic.
After some recent tests, it was shown to be no where near as maneuverable as the F-16 it was going up against.
Supporters of the F-35 countered that it would never get into a dogfighting situation, that its stealth and missiles would get the job done.
So, if that's the case, why do you need a cannon?
Time will tell, but I am not a fan of this very expensive fighter.

some members of my dads squadron who were in vietnam are working on the project and they say its a good plane its the engine thats trouble but in my opinion the stuby wings, small payload, pricey helmet, and already huge price tag is a downside they even said they wont touch the helmet cause if it falls its so fragile it would break and they do not want to lose their jobssnake wrote:Find this kind of ironic.
