My Panzer Grays
My Panzer Grays
When I checked my stocking to see what Santa brought me, I found a 1:43rd scale Eaglemoss Panzer III. I already had one, but as I'm fond of this particular WW2 armor item, I decided to redo the model so it fit with my Panzer Gray theme. This is the quaint scheme the model sported initially. Note the lack of rubber rims for most of the road wheels, including those stowed as "spares".

Here's the same model in gray with lots of grime and dust added:

Another angle:

Re: My Panzer Grays
Here's my newly arrived Panzer III standing guard as a number of other grays pass on their way to the front. These are all, approximately in the same scale range---1:50th-1:43rd.

Re: My Panzer Grays
Finally, a group of larger grays pass in review, including a PZ I, just back from Spain:

Very nice. I too have always liked the gray vehicles...
